What you need to do is make sure the project is less than 10,000kb and than if it is then uncheck Compress Images & Sound when you are publishing it. If it is larger, make the project smaller by compressing sound to Worst Quality and Images to 100. Then do the aforementioned things.

it does the unknown thing after it uploads and is waiting for responce

yes but it tells you if it's to big, saying something like "File over 10MB". qazalice said it says "Failed due to Unknown Reason", meaning it's something else.

There might be an easy solution. Why do you not reinstall? If there is a risk of losing existing projects, keep a backup in usb stick or similar. If this problem still persists, then there might be a bug in your computer (nothing bad).

thanks everyone for your help! Problem resolved! Answer: If u have a labtop, take it to another house, upload there, come back to your house, and then it is done! It may not work for some people.

Well... I don't think it's the different house, it's just that it's a different internet connection, probably a better one...
