Due to the immense traffic to Colour Codex 2, it was inevitable people would wonder about the next instalment, or weather there even would be one. Some of these are rumours and nothing more, others are fact. Here are those pieces of Fact:

Truth/Fact:
-There will be a Colour Codex (CC) 3, although Prestige, the creator, called it CC III.
-It will contain many levels, including user submitted levels.
-It will run on a new version of RAGE Game Templates, a very advanced Game engine used by Prestige which stores lots of data and users.
-It will be much larger than CC2, Multiple Scripts and Sprites.
-Lots of Game modes, each with roughly 30 levels split into 3 worlds.
-It will be released "this year", what time is left to debate.

Speculation - comments supported by no fact at all, or very little:
-A multilayer mode
-Objects to manoeuvres past
-An "Elite Mode", (This was hinted at by Prestige, although it is left to debate).
- Getting rid of Blue/Portal Squares (Prestige asked for there to be no portal squares in the User submitted levels:( ).
-To be released as a "Christmas Special", pure speculation derived from the estimated timing of the Games Release.
