These are good points! There's also a lot of confusion about the term "cyberbullying." We often see people accusing others of cyberbullying after they make a single rude comment. Cyberbullying occurs when a lot of disrespectful comments are directed at another user with the intention of shaming or dominating them. A single rude comment is, well, just being rude. Still bad, but not cyberbullying.
