Yeah, please Zelda123, have mercy on my scrolling finger!

Sorry about that. I was just testing if pictures would work on signatures.

Re: Recent website changes

I noticed a bookmark button on each project. What is it for?

That is what it looks like:

Well, go to the top of your screen after opening the web browser, click bookmarks, and go down to the games you bookmarked. Click and presto! your at that game. Answer  your question?

Re: Recent website changes

If a project was posted in about 1 sec and you click it, it says "Added Now Ago". Lol. I hate the 255 limit. Having that limit makes me feel like I need to cramp my writing, even though I rarely go over.

I'm lobbying for a 500 character limit...how would you feel about that?  Still too small?

I leave long comments once in a while, and I too find the 250 character comment limit annoying. I think it should at least be 500, like on YouTube.  wink
Also, is it me or (link to project) doesn't work anymore?

Yes, another vote for longer comments!  And you are correct, the project link feature appears to be non-functional.

Re: Recent website changes

I'm extremely against what appears to be a unrighteous, unreasonable, unnacceptable,
unfair limitation imposed on our fellow members who like to type extremely long, sometimes annoying but largely informative and encouraging ,novel like reviews on the creations of other members who share their projects on this fair website.

lol that was a joke but all i wanted to say is expand the limit (no offence meant to anyone, please)

Re: Recent website changes

I like some of the updates, but some I don't. For example - all of my galleries I am part of are gone except my galleries - maybe this is a bug? Also - same with favorites - is there a 15 project limit now? I also think the character counter should be upped to 500; 255 is too small.

Re: Recent website changes

The 255 charcter limit is fine with me because I don't leave comments that big (except telling dsdude10 how to make a theme, lol that was big).

ive noticed that if someone replies to your comment it will send you a message (even if it was on someone elses project and it will even send you a message if it was yourself!).

That's a useful feature! Although I'm used to replying to comments without using the reply function or on one of the person's projects.

Why can't I post links to projects anymore? I don't want to fill my browsing history with links I'll use only once!

Re: Recent website changes

Now I'm seeing a Comment List in the My Stuff area.  Clicking on it, I can see every comment I have ever written.  Apparently, I have left over 3000 comments.  I'm not sure why this is a useful feature.  Any thoughts?

I saw that too. I wrote over 600 comments. But there is a glitch. If you click on the page numbers, it says that there is no such page.

I saw that the favorites glitch was also fixed.

Re: Recent website changes

Thanks everyone for your feedback. We are trying to get a lot of changes out the door before this semester ends and we can go on vacation and get ready for the Scratch Conference.

I've increased the limit of comments to 500 as Paddle2See and others have suggested.

Some of the bugs related to galleries should be fixed now but please let me know if you find new bugs.

Maybe this isn't really useful...

But there are some glitches:
- when you try to watch another page by clicking at it's number (You know... [1] [2] 3 [4] ... ) It says "sorry, no such page' within the 'project list' frame. (the numbers disappear)

It might be useful to see on which project/gallery you commented.

Yeah - the favorites seem to be back up and working - also what I said about the galleries earlier applies only to those you bookmarked.

Re: Recent website changes

Why exactly would you want to track every single comment you've ever written? I have no problem with it, but it doesn't seem all that useful.
