A Toshiba Tecra M7 to be specific
I found one for 330 dollars, and I'm going to go pick it up later today.
This is it
Anyone else have a tablet, or know where to find a cheap one?
Speak now or forever hold your peace

We had them at primary school. I accidentally broke the screen off (I never owned up!) so be careful with it!

My dad used to have one of them for his work.
The math teachers are requesting them again where he works.

Yeah, if you use them with a projector, they're great for maths

Ugh, I'm so jealous.
I've always wanted a PC tablet.
Mine really sucks and I can't do anything on it. It's coordinates get messed up sometimes, it's small, and scribbled on

Congrats.
I suck at drawing stuff anyway, so I'm not getting one anytime soon.

Why are you getting one anyways
I mean that'd take me 3 years to get enough money to even start thinking about buying one.
Well idk but I'd have to work for it, that's for sure.

I'm getting one because I'm sick of using a scanner
Not to mention the images turn out dark already
Whoops I did mention it

Tablet's with screens like that generally function like a computer too don't they?

My mom won't let me get a laptop
Well that pretty much rules any hope out. I guess I'll be stuck using this tiny Bamboo fun until it breaks down.

That's a pretty tablet (compared to mine, at least
). I use a Trust TB-6300 currently, although I'm saving up for a better one (it cost about £30-40 when I bought it last year, so it was very cheap, and quite poor quality. Although it's still OK for drawing... the pen's a little bit broken (from dropping it more times than I can remember), but it's OK
). I bought it from Argos after Christmas, last December.
I really like the Wacom Cintiq... which is an awesome tablet (I used one that was on display in a digital arts shop ^^ I think that just about everything on it was amazing). Unfortunately, it's about £900 to £1600, depending on which version, so I'll probably never be able to buy it... ah well, it's a nice dream to have
I might buy the Wacom Bamboo Fun, because it's the only Bamboo that has a large enough work surface, in my opinion - it costs between £150-£170, from what I can see. Or, I might save up longer, and get a Wacom Intuos4 Medium tablet, which is £300-360, depending on whether it's wireless or not... I've used the Intuos - it's quite good, so I'm leaning towards waiting a while longer.

I use a Wacom Graphire4 CTE-440. It isn't anything special and is small, but it is cool looking (better than Wolfie's TB-6300, at least
) and cheap ($149). It also has a cool looking blue and green status light, that's always a plus.

WOW!! Thats a lot of money for something you can use to draw, don't you think?
Offline
Yeah, I guess
Anyway, I'll have to wait a little while to get it; the store ran out of stock, and it'll take a few weeks to order more
