share/upload locks up my mac

When ever my son tries to share one of his Scratch projects, our mac completely locks up just before the upload finishes.  We have to do a hard power down and reboot. We are running a fully patched version of OS X 10.5 and I have upgraded to the latest version of Scratch. 

Any thoughts on what is causing this and how to fix it is much appreciated!

My son's is doing the same thing.  I have a hunch that it has to do with the parental control settings.  I was able to upload from my (administrator) account on the same mac, but from his it crashed the system.

Hi, Jlange (and all).

I know of many people using Macs with OS X 10.5 who have no problems uploading, so I think your hunch is probably right: this is a bug in the parental control software.

Are you using the Parental Control software that came with Mac OS? If so, what settings are you using?
