we higher anyone who is a new scratcher, who speak any language and abilitys of any kind. we higher people from scripting to drawing sprites. from people who can alter scratch to people test scratch. we higher people from the age of 9 to the age of 900.

at New scratcher & co we create imaginitve, brilliant and stunning projects by new scratchers who have combined there abilitys to create amazing projects. we use a ranking system to support those who need help, and to assist them on how to make brilliant projects by just using a few scripts. those higher up are normally more experianced new scratchers/scratchers and those nearer the bottom are normally new scratchers.
