How do I post a remix?

Sorry if this is a really dumb question, but how do you go about posting a remix of a project here? I have a really good idea, but I have no idea how to post it so it says "Based on so-and-so's project." Help please?

It automatically puts "based on so-and-so's project" when you upload it.

You have to upload a changed version of someone elses project.

Archmage is correct. But you have to change the downloaded project.
