Game will never load

I posted my project to the scratch site, and it will never get past the loading screen for most people.

The game is 17 MB. The game WILL load on my personal server:

I don't know much about this stuff, but here's my thought. The file size limit is 10MB so it probably too large for the JVM to even attempt to load.

Yes, the problem is probably due to the fact that the file is too big. If your project has big music files or lots of pictures, try to minimize the ammount. Did you also tick the box that helps to compress sounds and images?
