1) only 1 is freewebs. I don't use that. Second, co.nr is a free domain hosting. Use get it from freedomain.co.nr. So, yes, they are hosting it. It just sounds better than for example my freewebs account freewebs.com/bluestributescratchr
Actually, the freedomain.co.nr is NOT free web hosting, just free domain hosting. In their terms of use thing they particularly emphasized it.

Well you don't have to pay anything right? You can set the co.nr site to redirect to another site if you want which is what bluestribute did. Its easier than messing with servers and stuff anyways
You can also download free website templates for your site. That is what bluetribute did (You can see the template tag at the bottom of the sites he shows).

Nevermind. Now I get. it. Synthasite is at the bottom of each, at least until I become proficient in HTML

Learn CSS and you'll become great at HTML. For example, I was able to make this:
http://www.hpsrc.webs.com/
completely from scratch (not the program, nothing) using a lot of css and Javascript. Now I'm making a 10-page site using just two files using Javascript. If you get good at HTML, you can make virtually anything.

i want a website, but i dont know what should be on it. maybe put some links to my projects on it, and if you can, put a chat room in it. if you cant put in a chatroom then dont make the website. it will be used mainly to chat.
Little man (I call people that sometimes), I'm not skilled yet to make a chat room. When I can, I will make your site

Use php to make a chatroom. The only problem is that you need to refresh it to view any new messages.
So it's actually like a forum then basically

Yeah, but simpler and easier to make. Our class website has one.
I use this one site, and it doesn't say squat on how to do this. Any recommendations on good learning sites?

What website are you using. w3schools.com has some good php, javascript, html, and CSS tutorials, along with a number of other coding languages. But note that php is server-side, meaning that not all web hosting services support it.
