Can you sell your work?

I've done a brief over sight of the Q/As and site's terms and conditions And can't find anything yet on the topic- Can anyone direct me to where to look for the terms and  conditions on scratches usage? Or the answer to the questions of if we can sell the Material and How? / If we can place it on our own site an sell it (That is the specific projects you yourself have completed)?

Re: Can you sell your work?

Terms of Use is where you can find anything, look at the links below the pictures of the cats.

First of all, to post a project on your website:
1. Upload it to this website.
2. Click "Embed" below your project description.
3. Copy the one that says "as an applet"
4. Put it on your website.

And second, Scratch is free for use, so I'm pretty sure you can not sell your works created on Scratch, (unless you use Scratch as a paint editor, I'm pretty sure you can sell sprites, not that a lot of people would buy them...) so, I think that should answer your question.

Re: Can you sell your work?

Thank You... It looks like I can make my own variation of scratch too if I apply to the Licensing agreement... My purpose would be, one, so I can add to components I require available and, two, to be allowed to sell my work. I'll continue to research.

Re: Can you sell your work?

I think you still wouldn't be able to sell your work, because it's using a program based on scratch... I don't know, you might have to contact the Scratch team.
