My "unheard rant" post reminded me of something.

All companies on Scratch fail in the end. Because people have such different ideas about stuff, all collaborations end up having all the work done by one member or no work being done.
And this isn't just my opinion, look at DG Games. Literally all the work is being done by ChaoticD.
People need to have better communication of their ideas before companies can really work.
Discuss.
