Re: IE, Safari, or Chrome?

I have both Chrome and Internet Explorer, and I don't see much of a difference.

The difference is copy convert paste.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

P.S. IE is EXTREMELY SLOW for me. I meaqn i have 4gigs o ram and a 1tb harddrive. It either take 3 days to load or just crashes

Yes, IE is slow, but for me they are all slow, because I have such awful internet connection.

I think that that is probably the best, but my dad doesn't like me downloading things off the internet, I'd have to ask him first.

Due to being on a ipod, projects wont load in safari/opera/skyfire. However, Chrome loads just as fast as Firefox, and Opera (bing on win7) uses the glass theme for it. Its partaily (sp?) transparent. I don't ( and never will) use IE.

I don't have firefox, but my friend has it on his computer, so I always use it, and its just as fast as chrome.

Personally, I believe that Firefox works best with Scratch.

But I don't have firefox!  yikes

I'm not sure I have the new IE.  hmm

I use Safari (Because it's REALLY fast and it has the "open in dashboard" feature) but, since you have Windows (I'm guessing) Chrome FTW!

Chrome, shouldn't this be in the TBG?

No, it shouldn't, I am actually requesting information to help me. But you're right, this would make a good tbg.. Maybe we could tally up who likes each browser, and every week or so say a winner.

I do have a windows, so my safari doesn't have that feature.  hmm

He's not asking which browser you like, he's asking which one he should use.

Exactly.

My school has apple computers, and I like my windows at home a lot more.

I have Safari but i use FF Safari and chrome. IE stinks

It appears that IE fails epicly.  tongue

I can browse the web 5 seconds after my comp. boots to desktop, thanks to Chrome. Thats also with a ton of background programs starting up.

Ditto ^^
It appears that IE has lost, and chrome has one.
Take that, Bill Gates!

No Steve Ballmer  smile
Gates left ages ago.

Re: IE, Safari, or Chrome?

I use Google Chrome, so I suggest Google Chrome!  big_smile

By the way, as a random fact, many people that visit the Scratch Forums use Internet Explorer.
