It's a GIF. You can find lots of them on Google Images.

Picasion helps make gifs, just insert several pictures, choose some options like size and speed, and poof! you have a gif!

Either you can make one yourself or Google Image search a GIF you might want, save it, and upload it as your avatar.

Well, If you want to make ur own animated image just make some GIF images then use a GIF animation software to combine them  wink   or you could just download one form the internet  big_smile
