Sadly it's no longer copyrighted due to imagehsack's terms of use.

Cheddargirl, what do you think about my O Rly owl?
It's funny.

I think it could use more siggies in the background, though. Most Scratchers here know my Scratch catchphrase, but those who don't know it won't get the joke. That's what I was originally thinking, but at that time I felt like using only your siggy to save time. It was really made in Scratch because of MS Paint's anti-transparency rule that tied Windows down since Windows 1 onward. I had to import and tile each cheddargirl siggy one by one in 10x magnification.
While MS paint doesn't support transparency, there is a way to set a color as "transparent". If you have an old version of MS paint, go to "view" and deselect "Draw Opaque". The background color (usually white by default), is now "transparent".

It's [usually] ok when you have something pertaining to the topic.

I have already tried that.
The O Rly owl wasn't originally in a transparent environment. The owl and the words were placed in a black background that Paint refused to convert with alpha-transparency. Even converting to transparency in Scratch failed.

Cool! If you roughen up the edges a little, it'll give the effect of fur.
I did this in about 5 mins, imported into Scratch and touched up: Here.
Originally done in MS Paint. Touched up in Scratch.

Anyone wanna know how to make a gradient?
Make the paint window 100 px wide and 200 px long, then put a black line across it diagonally. Fill the top half with red and the bottom with blue, then stretch and skew it, and set the top percent to 1. Then just stretch the image and you have a gradient
