Okay I found a couple UI/alert sounds (on the first one you might have to turn up your volume):

Clicking noise

Alert noise

EDIT: These sounds are under an attribution/sampling license, meaning we can do whatever we want with them, but we have to say the creators' Freesound usernames somewhere.
