I have to download scratch every time I want to use it.
title says all. every time I try to use it, I get scream(my scratch mod) I took it out of my computer, but it still goes back!

The Scratch.exe shortcut may be opening the image file for your mod instead of Scratch's. How did you make your mod? With the Scratch browser, or editing the image file?

I just did the shift click r thing and edited

Instead of clicking on Scratch.exe, find Scratch.image and use that.

Using the Squeak browser is the only way to edit the image file
