Whenever I make a moving animation for my account, it always says"scratch code."How do I fix this?

Please post a screenshot and also the type of os you have. this belongs under troubleshooting.Edit:are you importing a gif file?or a sb file?

Could you explain a bit more clearly or post an image?When does it say scratch code?Does a window pop up?What stage do you get to when something says that?Does it say anything else?
