It was the tech. She came in yesterday cause she got tired of us messing her up. She used CrossLoop Connect. Requesting thread to be closed.

Creepy? What do you think happened, who do you think did it, and, THIS IS  NOT FAKE!!!!!

The tech was probably using LogMeIn to fix a certain problem.
