Issue 1!
I was going about the forums when I found a forum newspaper called The Scratch Informer .http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=47507 It was pretty good so I decided to make my own version. A new one will hopefully be out every Thursday. The next few ones will probably have more articles, features etc. Hope you like it!

Kaj the "hacker"
For those who do not know Kaj was a scratcher over a year ago, who did some stuff like be mean to other scratchers etc. He did not, I repeat not hack anybody. He is a myth. And myths are almost always false. Most scratchers know that he never hacked anybody, but there are a handful which think he really did. Somebody made a Scratch Police gallery for stopping Kaj, but all they do is flag projects which go against the terms and conditions (no offence to members of the SP). Users such as "Kajisback" and "Waffleoperation" claim that they are Kaj, but are just doing it for popularity.

Curator
Over the months there have been many curators, and I want you to say which one you think chose projects you liked! They are as follows:
cheddargirl, Toasty, jasb, keroro645, Lanie, coolstuff, forest, coka, JSO, petvet300, fullmoon, Penguinsrock, The-Whiz, andresmh, SabGames, ElPapa, sparks, MyRedNeptune, TreacLE_24, illusionist, coolperson, scmb1, greenflash, Chrischb, xXMikeyPXx, LS97, cupcakebaker126, Survivorduck, demosthenes, KalinaStar, recycle49, leebee, kayybee, mudpie446, gawooga, tweety992, gettysburg11, rufflebee, Lucario621

Review:Stickmania!
This weeks review is of the epic series: Stickmania!
Stickmania is a popular series made by spritemaster, it has two main characters called Steve and Roger. Steve is a funny bright cheerful unintelligent person who loves everything. Roger is a boring, serious, annoying person who hates everything especially Steve. It is a comedy series with many funny scenes.

Featured user/project

User: Fullmoon! Fullmoon was recently elected Communit Moderator! So congrats to her (him?).
Project: 3D vase maker http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Gibbons/1394509h

That's it. I know it was really short but I did it very quickly and it's the first issue. I hope you liked this weeks issue of: THE FORUM TIMES!

You probably shouldn't use the term 'legend' when dealing with Kaj; try 'myth.'

Whereas a myth is a rumor, a legend is something others look up to; and nobody should look up to 'Kaj.'

I agree he is not real (and never was) and is what I believe more of a generic representation for the common troll.  wink

Thanks for putting this in your paper; it needs to be put out there, however it may become flamebait...

No I wouldn't worry about credit. It's a fresh start from you, a new idea and inspiration. A new fish in the sea. Keep it too yourself  wink

I only recall the work of the last ten, but from there I think I'd go with either Lucario (He's done an excellent job so far, even though his time isn't over yet), or gettysburg11. Keep in mind, though, I hardly remember who curated what; but in my opinion, there is no "best curator." Being curator, their job is to display projects that they like, so yeah..

Hmm. Seems fishy. Oh no. It's another ...

You got a bit of work to do to bring this paper up to scratch with inforumer.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

Maybe I'll change it to " Curators who picked projects you liked".

Kaj is more like a title than an actual person in my opinion
