I don't think New Scratcher's can delete or edit their posts. If you wait a few months, you'll become a Scratcher, which has both those powers. Or, you could just report the topic or posts that you want to be removed using the grey button next to the quote button, and ask a moderator if they could delete the posts.

Yes, New Scratchers do not have the power to delete their posts. If you have the need to delete a post, Sunrise-Moon is right, the easiest way is to hit the "Report" button, and a moderator will deal with it quickly.
I've taken a long hiatus, but I still visit sometimes. Give me some time to answer any messages you post on my projects!

They can use it if the link is under the domain scratch.mit.edu.
