What's the point in that -- Giving away the password. If you're so clever and are always 'busy', you'd think that you would have better things to do than to try and work out Bingo's password, uselessly too as the source will be released in a few days! Besides, LS97 has clearly said that he will be giving out the password to anyone interested and impatient. Beilieve me -- it was utterly stupid of you to do that, not thinking about the community but just personal showing off. Some people would call you sad. Me and many others.
I know it's hard for you, but try at least to... get a life!

Y'know, actually I didn't bother working it out. If you really want to, blame bbbeb, who told me it. I just felt that in the spirit of open-source-ness there shouldn't be any "secret password" stuff.

I wasn't trying to show off.  smile

That's true about me.. I told him.  tongue

But he shouldn't have still released it!

I'm sorry, LS97...  sad
And, the way I got in is with the 56000% pixel glitch. Just so you know, for next time.

(I recommend you take down Bingo 1.3 and replace the code and make it Bingo 1.3.01  big_smile

lol  big_smile  no point in changing it now, but just so you know next version will be completely unhackable just for the fun of it. i'll release the source code later, when everyone's had fun hacking bingo 1.3.1!  smile

Re: Bingo suggestion thread (it's advanced, trust me)

I got in by changing the language to German, when an error menu popped up, I typed "self error: 'Hacked' ", highlighted it, and used "right-click do it".

Please release the source code at the same time as the application, like the ToS says.  smile

No, that's not what readily available means. It means that it is easily obtained. It's not easily obtained if it hasn't been released yet.

hasnt it? if you got into the source, it means i have made it available. same thing for BYOB. the source had effectively been released, but it was hard to get to it.

i have provided a way to access the source -- a dev menu and a 'enable dev stuff' option under the set menu. whether you decide to access it is your choice...

Lets just stop this argument...
LS97 will release the source ASAP and if you want it - hack it with the password.
either wait it doesn't affect you nXIII because you know the password  wink

Incase anyone didn't notice the title of this thread is 'Bingo suggestion thread' so that means that bingo suggestions should go here. But so far for the first 2 pages there have just been post like the one I quoted!!

Yes. xCubed has multiple layout options, and has the option of having the block palette in a dialog.

Re: Bingo suggestion thread (it's advanced, trust me)

I have another suggestion...
you should make a way to move variables, and maybe have different layouts for them, like there is for variables, because a lot of times the variables move off the screen or hide, and the only way to get them back is by clicking the checkboxes.   big_smile

Starting to move on to other languages, but I'll still be around from time to time  smile
