Re: how bad should something be to be flagged?
I'd say that, if it's unconstructive criticism (eg, having just "This is boring. I hate it", or something like that), the comment probably needs flagging, but if it's constructive criticism (eg - "Cool game! Level 4 is a little bit boring, though; maybe you could add some more bad guys to make it more interesting? I like the way the characters are animated - very realistic!"), then I'd say that it's OK
