how bad should something be to be flagged?

one of my friends on scratch had one of his projects called stupid, boring and annoying. in three comments. would this be bad enough?

I'd say that, if it's unconstructive criticism (eg, having just "This is boring. I hate it", or something like that), the comment probably needs flagging, but if it's constructive criticism (eg - "Cool game! Level 4 is a little bit boring, though; maybe you could add some more bad guys to make it more interesting? I like the way the characters are animated - very realistic!"), then I'd say that it's OK  smile
