I see tons of ads for things like CleanMyPC and Spyware Doctor, but all they do is scan and tell you what is wrong. Right now, I have a lot of low-level infections, but I still want them removed. Anyone know a good, free program? Thanks.

Norton, but it's not cheap.
It's not really free.

AVG free works well. Just make sure to only install the free version when you set it up. If you install the 30-day trial, it's a real pain to revert to the free version once your trial is up.

If you want a full anti-virus, get AVG Free or Microsoft Security Essentials.
If you just want to remove a virus, or check from time to time, get the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

Norton.

I'm making an antivirus, but I lost the files. It's all in CMD-Prompt Batch Code, but it functions very well for deleting the Pikachu.exe file.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is awesome. The free version doesn't have realtime scanning, you have to buy it. Don't try getting keys from YouTube, MBAM blacklists keys found in the public. Combine MSE and MBAM.

You could get avast! and combine it with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Windows Security Defender. They're all free.

Trend Micro. Either that or Norton. McAfee fails.
