Troubleshooting:

This device cannot start (code 10)

This is the error code given by WinXP when trying to connect the scratchboard (and it is a scratchboard, not a pico).  It has been connected to a Vista, Ubuntu and OSX and have never experienced this problem before. Answer is required quickly as I am proggramming a project for halloween
