No.

If addictingames.com accepted scratch games (unlikely), would you object to their being there, Rukqo?

If you embed the Scratch applet on another site, then does the project also have to be on the Scratch website?

I created a program to convert your Scratch projects to a disc as i suggested on the previous page.
It's called discScratchr, see this forum thread

I would be able to bring in my projects on a disk for school, which would be cool

Hi all,
I was going to ask this on the forums as well, luckily i saw this thread!
I think it would be cool to have a exporter to something common most computer users have like java or others cause at the moment someone has to have scratch to download a project off a site.

Hi
I've read the comments about exporting, but no-one seems to want to do what I would like, which is to used my Scratch animation in an educational film I am making (using Adobe Premiere). I tried using 'Wink' screen capture software, but the quality is very poor.
Anyone got any ideas (I've not very 'technical', but if I could get an .fla file, I could convert it into an .avi or something and then import into Premiere).

You could try using another kind of screen capture software like Super Screen Capture or Camstudio.
Also, here is another forum discussion on this topic:

Hi, all.
Kevin presented a good explanation of why we (the Scratch team) do not plan to implement either an export-to-movie feature or an export-to-EXE feature.
However, with Scratch 1.2.1, it is now possible--on Windows, if you are willing to do a little work--to launch a Scratch project in presentation mode. This can make your Scratch project feel more like a finished application while still allowing users to exit presentation mode to study the underlying scripts. You can also use this technique to put your Scratch project on a CD or Flash drive so you can run it on your friends' computers. See:
http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=243
Another idea we've been considering is a stand-alone Java player for Scratch projects. This would allow you to put your project plus the Player (a .jar file) on a CD or Flash drive as a stand-alone package that you can could on any computer that has Java installed. (According to some statistics, over 95% of Windows and Macintosh computers already have Java installed and Java is a free download if you don't have it.)

ok jens made a compiler that does that same thing but when you exit presentation mode the window closes

Is there any way to get a Scratch project created on a Mac to open on a PC? It may be a VISTA issue.
Hi atech,
Scratch projects are designed to be portable among different platforms/OS's. Did you have any problems opening a Scratch project created on a Mac under Vista? When you download projects from this website, it doesn't distinguish which OS they were created under. That means, you can upload a project from a Mac and download it to Vista.

I wish you could export projects. I wanna see my movies in Windows Media Player! Or even better, on the TV!
Is there some kind of computer camera I could use to videotape my project being played? If so, what's the best? Sorry if that's a stupid question (which I think it is).

Just download Camstudio and Record yourself playing or watching your game/video and resnyc the sound with movie maker

I see you do use java to run the programs on the website so why not being able to export your project in a java format? Also I found that you can't right click in your browser and "save link as" or something. It would be a cool feature.

Well hold down shift and go to file, create project summary and an acion script will be made of that project and may help you turn it to shockwaveflash swf files all you need to do then is find a swf game maker of some sort paste it in input the costumes and empty gaps along with the music and it will work 10 times better than in scratch (unconfirmed). This is only a guess so my apologies if it fails, but its worth it:) [blocks]<change[ coolness ]effect by(100[/blocks]
