I think it'd be great if everyone told everyone ((in this thread) what their first Scratch project was.
My first one was Blitz, but I made it after a ton of fiddling around earlier. Not only is it one of my worst projects, It got featured just a day after it got posted!

First ever project? The Zero animation I put together from a sprite sheet this week... It looks pretty but there are alot of things that are wrong with it. I can't figure out how to simulate gravity without making his jump animation look like *, and the animations keep fighting with each other... Mweh.. I'm still working on it.

My first was Pie (Yum) but I couldn't really finish it at the time (didn't know enough Scratch). So I started work on Paint 1.0 and that was my first uploaded project. Later I finished Pie and uploaded it.

Mine was "See Ya". Lanie624 (or Lanie) was the first person to coment on it. I removed it though. My second was Recorder Hero. It was a work in progress. Then I released PixBites 1.0 as my 3rd project. I didn't know how to use variables. It took me forever because I only used "Broadcast" signals. That was on my acount "Raccoonmedia".
