Scratch

Just ignore them. Anyway, it's just a front page. All they want is popularity. But they really have not accomplished anything. They never worked hard to do anything; they just waste their own time. They also do it because they don't think that their own project is good enough to make it without cheating, so they cheat.

If other people cheat, they think it's alright for them to cheat as well. Scratch ends up with a messed up front page and a whole community of cheaters. The statistics are based off of an honesty system because people should be responsible enough to do what is right.
