DLC for Scratch OSes?
Is it true that there are people who make Scratch OSes that actually have Downloadable Content (a.k.a., not the fakie ones that pretend to do so, no offense)? If so, can anybody show me how to do that (or at least tell me a project that can do so)?

Scratch-based OSes cannot retrieve downloadable content on their own. They rely on importing "apps" - projects - instead of retrieving from inside the "program". Panther has features that can download though.
