Help me quit text speak please....

Yeah, I'm giving up on text speak. If I post anything in text speak then comment on it, and I will give you a love it on any of your projects. Okay?

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

If you have Firefox get spell check, Google it. It won't catch terms like h8 or b4 but it helps if you mess up often.  smile

OK isn't really considered text speak as a rule (u, 2moz and r are better examples) but it's correctly written as "Okay". However, I abhor text speak, but I've never really been annoyed by anyone writing OK, unless they forget to capitalise it.

And cause is a perfectly acceptable word, unless you're referring to a trimmed down version of because instead of the actual word.

I think it's fine if you write 'cause, with the apostrophe before it, to mark it is an abbreviation.
