scratchsource upload to my server

If I made a server and used the scratch source code to make my own scratch, could i make it upload to my own server?

I guess, technically you could do it and legally this would be in accordance with the Scratch Source Code license. But it would be hard to just mod the upload code, since it is missing in the Scratch Source Code to prevent variants from uploading to the Scratch website, which would not be ok.
