Copying costumes to another

I can't seem to figure out how to copy a costume to another costume. Any solution with this? I tried Cut/Copying it but after I cancel it then Paste it to another costume it doesn't work.

Just drag the image from the costumes tab to the sprite you want it on

I get that part, what I don't get is its not letting me cut/copy the picture to paste it to another costume. Right now I have the 2 costumes separated, I want it to be combined.

You could try right-clicking on the costume's picture in the "costumes" tab, and exporting it. Then, try opening the costume you want to paste it into in the paint editor, and selecting "import"   smile

Ok, so save one of the costumes on desktop etc., then click on edit the other costume, and then click import. Go to desktop, and click the first costume. It will import on top.
