For my birthday this year(which is coming up really quickly), I have a tough decision to make on what to get. An iTouch 4g, or an Xbox 360 250gb.

I have an iPod nano chromatic, but I really want an iTouch, and the 4g is really great.

On the other hand, I want a gaming system, and something that connects to my laptop, so I want an Xbox 360(new 250gb slim model).

They both cost the same, and I am too lazy to make a decision.....so you make it for me!

I would say the iTouch, but it is only 4gs. If you want lots of stuff then get an iTouch 32g (the 64g is WAAAYY over the top). So my vote is.. iTouch 32g. but, if you can't get that, then get an Xbox.

4g means 4th generation, not 4gb....

I have an iPod Touch 2nd generation. I am selling it for the 4th generation though. I also have a PS3 which is really awesome. I vote iPod Touch but remember the curse.

Get the xbox 360. I think it's the number one gaming system right now, it's coming out with the most advanced game (kinect) ever, and it has lots of xbox-exclusive games that are really popular. To top it off, it has the largest online gaming community out of all the systems, and it has an virtual arcade store that is constantly being updated with tons of cheap, awsome games to buy.

I would choose what becomes obsolete last. The Itouch will be obsolete in a year and the Xbox will become obsolete in 2 years. I say Xbox.

I would say XBOX since even though the iPod Touch is great, I think XBOX will turn out better in the long run (you never know, your next birthday you could get an iPod Touch 5th generation if it exists).

I'd say it depends. Two things to take into consideration:

1) Are you more interested in a media-centric device, that has games as well, or a game-centric device that has media options too?
2) Are you more concerned about being able to take it wherever you go, or having really high quality content at home?

I don't really know about those,so it sort of makes it harder to decide tongue
