I thought so myself! Asking for an explanation, I recieved this response exactly:

To make a virtual world like two people could chat.

It still makes no sense to me, but I'd imagine they want blocks for RPGs?

What I mean is have virtual world blocks so people can go to your project and enter a username and login and if anyone else is online they see them and they can chat.
