The Meme Passage
This is made by me only. If you want to copy and paste, give credit.
This passage is filled with lurking memes. Can you spot them all?
Once there were two brothers-John and Jack. One day, John came running up to Jack. "Look! My cat wants to eat the cheeseburger I have!" he said, and they both laughed. Jack said,"Hey, I've finished Chapter 1 of my book, Zombie Revolution! I added you as a main character, John! Do you want to read it?" "Sure thing!" said John, and he read the chapter out loud. "One day, a group of zombies came and attacked Earth...."
10 minutes later, John had finished reading the story. "...and then John turned into a zombie. Wow! I turned into a zombie! Cool story, bro!" he said, hi-fiving Jack. "How many words are there?" "I don't know," Jack replied,"But I think it's over 9000! Anyway, let's go play Ultimate Brawl 3." So the two brothers went into their living room and switched on their PS3. As they started the game, the character choose screen came on. "I think I'll be Captain Falcon instead of Spiderman today!" declared Jack. "Wow! You always play as Spiderman! Now that the slot is vacant, I'll play as Spiderman!" said John.So they started the game. The moment the game started, Jack started pressing a complex series of buttons. As John moved in to attack, Captain Falcon jumped up, and shouting,"FALCON PAWNCH!!!!!" he slamemd into Spiderman. Critical hit! "I'll get you for this!" exclaimed John. "Web net!" John pressed the square button, but nothing happened. "How do I shot web?" asked John, confused. "You press the triangle button!" replied Jack. As John was about to execute Web Net, their mother came into the room. "It's time for dinner! Please shut down everything!" she said.
