Alright, let's clear this up...there is an intriguing short video on here, you just have press up arrow, then space. It's hard to tell on the background, but there's a little arrow pointing to "continue". By "selecting", Tsunami_Enterprises means moving the hard-to-see hand thing to New. Watch it!
