You probably hacked an unavailable key.

It saves the hacked progress.
It also saves the screen your at, it opens scratch that exact way.

Click debug, click on the skinAt: ifAbsent: line and click near the bottom on whatever the key name variable is. I think you're missing some or all of the Scratch skin, reloading it might help, or re-downloading.
