How to cure your fears

Well, I saw a bunch of horror movies yesterday, and I was so scared. So, I turned to my tried-and-tested method of curing fears. First, I imagined every horrible creature and thing was in my room. Then, I imagined I had a chainsaw. This is followed by me slaying the imaginary monsters with imaginary chainsaw.


(In retrospect, that reflects most of my roleplaying, except they're for fun and not to cure fear. Also, they have developed stories and characters. More so than Lord of the Rings, even. It's literally an imaginary universe)

Error:Signature could not load. Please wait for an indefinite amount of time, until you realize you're gullible and go off to look for another potentially interesting signature to stare at.

Watch something funny.
I don't really get scared at movies, because well, they're movies. It isn't like the stuff's gonna come to life.
When I was nine, my friends and I (They were all 11/12. I was the youngest, so they weren't really thinking about me when they chose the movies) watched Wrong Turn and the Boogey Man. Then, we watched a comedy. I forget which one.. It'll come to me eventually. But, the point is, I had no trouble at all sleeping after that

If you're really scared, just think of your favourite show. No wait, then you may associate the show with scariness and remember the scary every time you watch it.

For things that cannot be seen, pretend you are in a invisible bubble that blocks you out from all your fears.

(If your fear is the dark, just get alot of friends to go with you to whatever dark and scary place your going to  tongue  Oh, and carry around a pocket flashlight until you get used to the dark)

Oh, and NEVER imagine your fear in underwear. Especially if that fear is of zombies or Justin Bieber xD
