Ok so, for those of you who don't know, 1s1s1c translates into 1 sprite, 1 script, 1 costume. Mostly they are done with the pen tool, but there are a few alternatives. These projects are usually hard to make into games, but some people, including myself, chipguy, recycle49, and a few others have figured out how to do it well. Now you're asking, why this big long speech about 1s1s1c's? The answer is I will soon be posting a project that allows anyone to make a 1s1s1c game, and have the choice of including scrolling. Other features include a grid lock method, choice of player looks, andmultiple levels that can be edited at any time. This still has some ways to go, but basically, it's just writing the scripts, because I have them all figured out.
Thanks and Scratch On!

Thanks! I've got the basics down now, but I still need to add changing of levels (in editing and playing), actual controls for the game (I'll probably make it both WASD and arrow keys), and implement the basic translation system between levels (basically making it so it will only draw the current level every time). Other than that, you can choose to scroll or not, starting places, goal places, 24 points per level, and select grid on or off.

Sorry, this has been delayed due to a big French project that will take a while. Please stand by.

Are you saying it doesn't use pen?
No, it does, but Squeak doesn't have enough memory to store everything I want to. I was almost done, too...
