i am trying to put an mp3 song onto scratch. For some reason, when on scratch it gets cut off about 11 seconds from the end. As a saved file, the song is 2:30, but as soon as i put it onto scratch it becomes 2:19 seconds and the very end is cut off. What's going on and how can I fix it? oh and on scratch the file size is 6509 KB, in case that's important

Yeah, some MP3s are having strange issues with Scratch. It's best to use a program - like Audacity - to convert it to .wav and then import it into Scratch. You'll lose some quality, but it's better than nothing.
