Downtime of the website

The Scratch website was down yesterday Sunday April 6, 2008 due to technical difficulties. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Lol. No wonder. It said there was a server crash. I thought it was my router because it crashed, then I couldn't get onto the Scratch website.

Yeah i noticed it i remember along time ago i read a topic where the same thing happend to someone, and scratch said it was an IP ban, so i though "NOOOOOO!"

^^one time that happened to me but then i realised the site was going under maintenance.(in other words recieved the "sorry no page availible" message on my page on the wii, then went on the computer and saw scratch was under maintenance)

Mine was in the night and 10 days later than you said. It had a "can download scratch" and the cat said it was down for maintainence.

Mine looked like this: Beneath the logout screen there was a bar where messages usually are. On the bar it said something like, "Memebers cannot login do to technical difficulties. :-(   Sorry!"

Is the message posted later (1h atleast) then the problem? I tried to login (I saw the last forum messages where from 3pm and it was around 4pm in boston), I was redirected to my "my stuff" page (so it recognizes my login) but was not logged in - and i did not saw any message.
