Have you put a comment morph or something?
Try saving it somewhere else or with a different name, you should really save every 10 minutes or so just to make sure

I don't know what a comment morph is. All I did was delete regular blocks and add new ones, trying to make sprites appear and disappear like I wanted. I didn't add new comments or delete new ones.
Yes I tried to save to another directory with a different file name, and it still gave the same error. O_o;
I just did a search for Comment Morph on scratch forums and on google, and nothing relevant showed up. Am I the first ever to receive this error? O_O;

Perhaps this thread could get more specialized help in the Troubleshooting forum.
Though as colorfusion said, the best way to keep your projects intact is to save early, and save often.

To get a morph you have to turn fill screen off, right click on the empty space, click morph then select the one you want, and I think some stop you from saving.
If you have done anything with the scratch squeak browser that might be the problem.
