Weebly doesn't have a whole FTP server for their sites, and you can't edit the code. I'm sticking with this one. I am thinking about changing the theme though...

just use the custom HTML thingie. plus, there isn't the annoyint thing where the news bar covers up half the forums.

but after all, there are tons of things you can use. wordpress, google sites, anything.
