Help Please

Hey, this is quite hard to explain what I am trying to do, but I shall try my hardest!

How do you draw a line with the pen, then if the line gets too long, it cuts off the end but carries on drawing as you move your mouse to keep the length of the line constant..?

There are only 10 types of people in the world: Those who know binary and those who don't.
