Scratch and sqeak?

i have been using scratch for about 5 months and heard abour squeak so i downloaded it but now whenever i try to open scratch I get a window saying

SQUEAK: Please select an image file

i can only open scratch by opening an old file and then opening from that.

Does anyone have any ideas of what has happened or what i could do to get scratch back.
all help would be greatly appreaciated

Well make sure your shortcut to Scratch is directing to scratch.exe, and make sure that the folder with scratch.exe also contains scratch.image.

thanks i remade the shotrcut and now it works fine  smile
