Scratch

I know this should be somewhere else but this is the most visited forum.So lets begin pup22 an evil user on scratch was recently banned for being mean and crude to me by posting offensive messages and spamming but now he has comeback with more then 1 account.He makes fun of me about me dieing when i get shot down in an airplane and this just upsets me.I thought he was my friend too at school but I guess you never really know huh?Well he has been making fun of me forever constantly spamming my projects and harassing me.He really doesnt care if he gets banned cause he can make another account.I actually had to call his mom to tell her that her son was posting bad rude and mean messages and guess what?She thought I was lying!I told my mom and my mom always thought his mom was a piece of work.He stop scratch for about 3 weeks and came back,about 2 weeks after it began again him calling me names telling me that my projects stink and ect.I reported him once again with a very long letter which isnt this one.I flagged all of his mean comments but most of them i deleted already.So now what he wont leave me alone its like having a leech on your back.HELP ME!I will not give out the name of his current account cause people would insult him and that never works.Andreshm what should I do?Cant you bann his ip address from this website right now i am feeling sick to my stomach.thank you for your time
