The Youth Prize is open to all students in grades 5 through 8 from any US school (including international schools operated by the Department of Defense). All students entering the contest must receive grade validation from a teacher, school administrator or parent.
It seems to indicate that they want students attending American schools (either in the U.S., or overseas). I think American schools established outside the US might be included; I think you probably might not be able to enter unless your school was US-based institution.![]()
Hopefully, that sums all the basic info up. If you'd like more info, post, and we'll try to help you.![]()
Will you be entering the contest?Dang it.
Too old by 4 grades :<
Um, not to be picky, but that doesn't quite sound like my original post here. Where did you get the last sentence from?

The good game ideas always slip my mind, and I'm right on the edge of the grade restriction, so I'm not completely sure... I'll just go ahead and leave it to those creative minds out there! Can't wait to see what people make!

Woo, it was opened again!
Anyway, I have something to tell you all. You seem to think the game you send in has to be educational, but it doesn't. It says the game is educational, meaning people can learn from the scripts.
I just sent mine in!
