According to the PicoBoard guide - "A resistance sensor value block reports a number from 0 to 100, depending on how much electrical resistance there is between the metal ends of the alligator clips".
I don't know if that's helpful or not - I don't have a PicoBoard.

Thanks for helping! I don't have a PicoBoard- I think I'm going to get one for Christmas. I think what I really need to know is more about electrical resistance.

See the four plug-in areas?
Take your cord with the alligator clips, and plug one in.
Then, if the two are touching, resistance is "0" if they are not touching resistance is FUTILE! XD No, resistance would be "100".
So if you said something like, "If resistance-A sensor equals 0" then the two alligator clips would have to touch to activate the if.
