Open up Scratch.
Click edit stage of edit costume.
Use the text tool.
Press Ctrl and delete at the same time.
And you have a tall block.

Also, for people that can't see the characters, download this, upzip it, select everything in the folder and then right-click and click install:

Now open Notepad, and paste the characters in the first post of this topic in there. Go to Format -> Font... and in the textbox over the list type in DejaVu Sans. Press enter. They should come up.
