What is 'F5'd'?
It's when you push the F5 button, and it refreshes the page, adding a view.
So PC is mad that someone pushed it again and again just to annoy him

You can use an auto clicker, RefreshEvery, cereal box on the F5 key, anything heavier than 2 pounds on the F5 key, knife jammed in the F5 key or the control r keys, anything
